 Letter from the founder - Kimberly Abare 

 Welcome to The Evergreen Newspaper, a local publication started in 2022, and focused on Salem, Atkinson, Hampstead, Plaistow, Salem, Windham, and Pelham, and the people and businesses that live and work here.

For the past several years, it has served the communities of Salem, Windham, Hampstead, Atkinson, Plaistow, and Pelham.   Our editor, Fred Young, has consistently delivered truthful, informative, and positive content by interviewing residents, town officials, artists, builders, and more.

We invite you to send in your submissions. Editor Fred Young brings a wealth of expertise to The Evergreen Newspaper, with over forty years of distinguished experience in the publishing industry. 

Owners David and Kimberly Abare Kimberly and David Abare are a dynamic husband-and-wife team who excel in both business and community service.   The Abare duo, along with their two sons, own and operate a manufacturing plant in Methuen, MA, producing gaskets and seals for the military and aerospace industry.  The Abares also manage multiple property management companies.   The couple resides in Salem, New Hampshire with their 3 dogs.
